Rights of the Neighbor

Quran (4:36): Commands goodness to parents, kin, orphans, the poor, and neighbors (both near and distant).

Hadith (Bukhari/Muslim): "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should not hurt his neighbor."

Hadith (Muslim): "He will not enter paradise, the one whose neighbor is not safe from his harmful conduct."

Hadith (Bukhari): Angel Jibreel advised the Prophet ﷺ to treat neighbors so well that he thought they might be assigned inheritance.
